How do I return an item?

Madeleine Maternity Return Information

We want you to be happy with your purchase here at Madeleine Maternity.  Please refer to our MM Sizing if you're unsure about what size to buy.

Please contact customer service at customerservice@madeleinematernity.com for more information on returning an item. You will need to obtain an RMA number before sending an item back.

 Additional Returns information If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, there is no need to worry. Simply read our returns information below for all of the facts that you may need when returning or exchanging your purchase.

* Goods are returned to Madeleine Maternity at your own expense. We recommend having your shipment tracked and signed for to ensure its arrival at our returns department. Until it's arrival is confirmed at our returns department it is the customers responsibility. Madeleine Maternity is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost by shipping agents.

* Returns are only accepted providing the garments are unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags attached.

* Please ensure any unwanted item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt (sale items are final sale and not returnable). The return must be postmarked within our return date frame or we reserve the right to refuse the return.

* Funds may take up to 7 days to clear once payment has been made.

* Briefs, Hosiery and support underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Sale items are not returnable, however you may receive store credit.

* For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings or beauty products unless they are faulty.

* Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

* Custom orders are not returnable.

Shipping

* We ship within 24-48 hours with a reputable shipping agent. USPS, UPS or FedEX, we provide you with your tracking number so you can see how your garment is traveling to get to your loving home. Please notify us if you would like to receive express shipping (additional charges may apply). Packages lovingly arrive within 2-3 business days.
